There was a glass of water

There was a glass with some water in it.

The Pessimist looked at the glass and said to himself...this glass is 1/2 empty.

The Optimist looked at the glass and said to himself...this glass is 1/2 full.

The person with the Knowledge of Self drank the water and said to their self....I am now full.

Moral: Perception comes from self. You determine what is a 'good' or 'bad' situation and what you can gain or loose from it.
