From private to public

Rats, drug deals, prostitution and a whole bunch of trash....isn't that what goes down in the back alley? Imagine if that space was given a colonic and given back to the public. This is what is going down in several towns. They are making alleys green and turning them over to shops, diners, etc. They can be used as a space for public congregation instead of hidden dark spots. Check out where they are doing this
