Quick fast in a hurry

A-ight. You already know that the God is on the 'eat the right foods' kick so act like you know or at least put yourself in the position to do the Knowledge. Heads are always telling me..."I ain't ready to just be eating carrots and lettuce man (now...they know that I don't just eat that stuff yet I get their point). What can I do to eat more healthy?" that was just published in the Times magazine by Michael Pollan that gives up 6 key things you can concentrate on.

Don't eat anything your great-great-great grandmother wouldn't recognize as food.
Avoid foods containing high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).
Spend more, eat less.
Pay no heed to nutritional science or the health claims on packages.
Shop at the farmers' market.
How you eat is as important as what you eat.

To these 6 points I would add get up and do something (exercise, dance, martial arts, etc).
