Raw Donut Holes and Ginger Brew

I made the above the other day with some ginger brew/beer. Don't sleep on me when it comes to getting down in the kitchen. Here's a recipe.

*combine about 11/2 cup of grated ginger with 1 cup of date sugar and 4 table spoons of lemon juice and 4 of lime juice with about 1 1/2 quarts of water and bring it to a boil. In another pot mix 1/4 teaspoon of bakers yeast with 3/4 cup of warm water.

*Now ya have to steep it. After steeping the ginger mix for aprox 30 minutes remove it from the heat and add about 3 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers and 1 tablespoon of dried rose flower. Stir it up and let sit for 10 minutes. Add 2 12 quarts of cold water and strain into a second pot. Mix in the yeast water.

*Now get 2 clean 2 liter plastic bottles and funnel the liquid into them about an inch below the cap. Add more water if you have to. Seal the bottles and store at room temperature. Let it sit for about 24 hours or until the bottle becoe firm then put into the fridge.

*As they cool down some of the gas will dissolve into the liquid. Open them slow to be safe. They shouldn't explode.

Drink the above with those vegan donut holes and you got a fresh treat.
